## Who We Are

**Bit Space Development Ltd. (BSD XR)** is a leading extended reality development company. We build immersive XR, AR, and AI solutions for industries that demand precision, innovation, and results: aerospace, construction, education, mining, railways, manufacturing.

**Founded:** 2015
**Location:** Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada
**Tagline:** Immersive Technology Experts

## The BSD XR Voice

### Core Attributes

| Attribute | What it means |
|---|---|
| **Direct** | No filler. No fluff. Every word earns its place. Get to the point immediately. |
| **Technical but accessible** | We speak to engineers and executives in the same breath. Assume intelligence, not expertise. |
| **Confident, not arrogant** | We let the work speak. We do not over-explain, hype, or qualify our claims. |
| **Precise** | Like the typography — measured, deliberate, unambiguous. |

## Tone Rules

### DO

- Write in short, declarative sentences.
- Use active voice. ("We build" not "solutions are built by us")
- Name the industry or outcome directly. ("For aerospace training." not "For industries that need training.")
- Lead with the result, not the process.
- Use "XR", "AR", "VR", "AI" as stand-alone identifiers — no "the" or articles before acronyms.
- Use em dashes (—) for emphasis or asides. Use them sparingly.
- Prefer "partner" over "client" when referring to long-term relationships.

### DO NOT

- Use superlatives ("best", "world-class", "cutting-edge", "revolutionary", "game-changing").
- Use buzzword stacks ("leveraging synergistic paradigms", "holistic ecosystem approach").
- Express excitement with exclamation marks.
- Use hedging language ("we believe", "we think", "possibly", "might").
- Use passive voice.
- Write in sentence case for UI text — all UI text is UPPERCASE.
- Use "please" or overly polite filler in copy or UI.

## Formatting for AI-generated content

When writing for BSD XR:

1. **No emoji** — ever.
2. **UI text is uppercase.** Body prose may use standard capitalisation.
3. **Headlines are uppercase, tracked-out.** Think: monospace terminal output with intention.
4. **Use Oxford commas** in lists.
5. **Dates:** YYYY format or "Founded 2015" style. No "since" unless essential.
6. **Numbers:** Numerals over words ("6 verticals", not "six verticals").
7. **Hyphens in compound adjectives:** "design-led", "research-driven", "precision-built".
8. **Tagline:** "Immersive Technology Experts" — capitalised title case, not all-caps in prose. UPPERCASE only in UI/visual contexts.

## Brand terminology

| Preferred | Avoid |
|---|---|
| BSD XR | BSD, Bit Space, BitSpace |
| Immersive XR | virtual reality experience |
| Precision | accuracy, exactness |
| Partner(ed) | client (for long-term relationships) |
| Extended reality | virtual/augmented reality (when describing the full range) |
| Training simulation | simulation training |
| Design-led, research-driven | data-driven, human-centred (as primary descriptors) |
| Results | outcomes, deliverables |

---

## Sector language

BSD XR operates across these verticals. Use precise industry terminology:

| Sector | Preferred terms |
|---|---|
| Aerospace | Maintenance training, MRO, procedure simulation, safety-critical |
| Construction | Site safety, virtual walkthroughs, BIM integration |
| Education | Curriculum integration, experiential learning, spatial learning |
| Mining | Safety training, hazard identification, remote operations |
| Railways | Safety compliance, maintenance procedures, operational training |
| Manufacturing | Process simulation, assembly training, quality assurance |

---

## What BSD XR is NOT

Do not position BSD XR as:

- A "startup" or "tech company" (we are a development studio and delivery partner)
- A generic software agency
- A games company
- A consultancy (we build and deliver, not just advise)

## Quick reference — writing checklist

Before publishing or submitting any BSD XR copy:

- [ ] Is every sentence earning its place?
- [ ] Is the voice active and direct?
- [ ] Are there any superlatives or buzzwords to remove?
- [ ] Is UI text uppercase?
- [ ] Are industry-specific terms used precisely?
- [ ] No exclamation marks?
- [ ] Does it sound like a precision instrument, not a marketing department?
